Industrial Maintenance Technician - Manufacturing

Maintenance Technician at Heidelberg Materials supports safe, reliable plant operations in a manufacturing environment. You'll troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on production and material-handling equipment, execute preventive and predictive maintenance, and use CMMS tools to plan and document work. Partnering with Engineering and Operations, you'll help improve asset reliability, uptime, and safety while contributing to a culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and plant systems
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime
• Support reliability and asset management programs using CMMS for work orders and parts
• Inspect equipment, document findings, and recommend improvements for safety and performance
• Follow safety, Lockout/Tagout, and environmental procedures in a heavy industrial setting
• Collaborate with Engineering and Production to install, modify, and optimize equipment
• Participate in continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and 5

• Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and equipment documentation
