Production Assembler - Window and Door Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing of windows and doors.
• Monitor production processes and perform adjustments as needed to maintain product quality.
• Assemble components accurately, thoroughly, and quickly to approved specifications.
• Review finished assemblies for quality and ensure compliance with production specifications.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities to increase efficiency and product quality.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with company and safety regulations.

Required Skills

• Proficient in using tools and machinery relevant to the production of high-quality wood and fiberglass products.
• Ability to read blueprints and production schematics.
