Environmental Health and Safety Supervisor - Warehouse & Transportation Logistics

GXO Logistics, a global leader in contract logistics, is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Supervisor to drive a strong safety culture in our transportation and warehousing operations. In this role, you will oversee EHS programs, audits and training to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA and DOT regulations while supporting high-performance logistics operations. Responsibilities

• Lead site environmental health and safety (EHS) programs for warehousing and transportation operations
• Conduct regular safety audits, inspections and risk assessments across the facility
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA and DOT regulations and GXO safety standards
• Investigate incidents, near-misses and hazards; implement corrective and preventive actions
• Develop, deliver and track EHS training for associates, supervisors and contractors
• Analyze safety data and KPIs to identify trends and drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with operations leaders to integrate safety into daily workflows and projects
• Maintain EHS documentation, permits, records and reporting requirements
• Support implementation of automation and material-handling technology with safe practices
• Lead safety committees, toolbox talks and engagement initiatives to build safety culture
