Client Services Receptionist - Financial Services

Edward Jones seeks a Part Time Branch Office Administrator to support a client-focused financial advisory branch. Responsibilities

• Support daily branch operations, including client appointment scheduling and office coordination
• Provide administrative support to financial advisors, preparing documents and client materials
• Greet clients, handle phone calls, and respond to basic inquiries with a client-first focus
• Process account paperwork accurately and maintain organized, compliant records
• Assist with marketing activities, client events, and follow-up communications
• Use financial and CRM systems to update client information and track activities
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deposits, and routine transaction requests
• Ensure confidentiality and adherence to firm and regulatory policies and procedures
