Sales AssistantA Japanese IT services firm specializing in providing comprehensive support for small-to-medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) expanding into North America. The company serves as a dedicated resource for clients, resolving a wide variety of IT-related challenges. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and enjoys supporting business operations through a diverse range of tasks.Essential duties include conducting research and handling inquiries based on instructions from the Technical Manager, providing support for client negotiations and communications, assisting in vendor selection and managing vendor outreach for various projects, handling general administrative duties and office operations to ensure smooth business flow, and collaborating closely with a small team, taking initiative to contribute to collective goals.Working hours are 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM (negotiable) and applications from interns are highly welcome.The working location is El Monte, CA (on-site / office-based) with a salary range of $20.00 – $25.00 per hour (dependent on experience). The holidays include Saturdays, Sundays, and company-designated holidays.Qualifications include business-level to fluent English, a strong interest in the IT field and technology, proficiency in basic PC operations and Microsoft Office suite, previous administrative or office support experience is preferred, a flexible team player mindset, and OPT candidates are welcome to apply.
