Management & Sales Training Program

Sherwin-Williams is seeking ambitious graduates for our 2026 Management & Sales Training Program in Metro North NJ. In this full-time role, you'll learn store operations, B2B and retail sales, inventory control, merchandising, and customer relationship management for manufacturing and commercial clients. Through hands-on training and mentorship, you'll build strong product knowledge in paints and coatings while supporting daily branch operations. Responsibilities

• Complete structured management and sales training focused on store operations, B2
• B and retail sales, and customer service
• Support daily store operations including inventory management, merchandising, and order fulfillment
• Develop product knowledge of paints, coatings, and application solutions for manufacturing and commercial customers
• Partner with managers to analyze sales performance and execute local business development activities
• Build relationships with new and existing customers through consultative selling and service follow-up
• Use CRM and point-of-sale systems to manage accounts, quotes, and transactions accurately
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support branch safety, compliance, and operational excellence
• Prepare for progression into assistant manager and sales leadership roles upon successful program completion
