Outbound Sales Development Representative - Telecommunications

Astound is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to fuel growth for our broadband, TV, and phone services. In this role, you will research and prospect new residential and business customers, execute high-volume outreach via phone, email, and social channels, and qualify leads to create quality appointments for account executives. You'll build product knowledge in fiber-rich internet, WiFi, and video solutions, maintain accurate activity in our CRM, and meet or exceed monthly pipeline and activity goals. Working in a collaborative, customer-first culture, you'll grow your sales career with exposure to cutting-edge telecommunications technology in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls, emails, and social outreach to residential and business prospects.
• Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule discovery calls or appointments for account executives.
• Build a strong understanding of Astound's broadband, TV, phone, and Wi
• Fi solutions to communicate value clearly.
• Maintain accurate records of all activities, contacts, and opportunities in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly activity, lead, and pipeline generation targets.
• Partner closely with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, target lists, and campaigns.
• Research target accounts and markets to identify key decision-makers and new sales opportunities.
• Provide professional, customer-first communication that reflects Astound's service culture.
• Track and report on key performance metrics, offering feedback to improve outreach strategies.
• Continuously improve sales skills through coaching, training, and feedback.
