Construction Site Support Laborer

Walbridge is seeking a Direct Support Professional to assist construction team members on large, complex projects. In this role, you'll support crews with daily site activities, help maintain a safe, organized work environment, and assist with basic construction tasks as directed. You'll monitor and report safety or operational concerns, help set up and break down work areas, and support logistics such as materials handling and documentation. Responsibilities

• Support construction crews with daily on-site activities
• Assist with setup and breakdown of work areas, tools, and materials
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site
• Report safety or operational concerns to supervisors
• Assist with basic construction and labor tasks as directed
• Support materials handling and simple logistics tasks
• Help with basic documentation and communication as needed
