Head of Operations

AIRGAIN INC is seeking a Head of Operations to lead global operations for our high performance wireless antennas and connectivity solutions. In this role, you will own strategy and execution across supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, and quality to support Wi Fi, 5G, IoT, and enterprise products. You will build scalable processes, drive continuous improvement, and partner closely with Engineering, Product, and Sales. This leader will develop a high performing team, manage vendors and contract manufacturers, and ensure operational excellence in a fast moving, innovation driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operations for Airgain's wireless antenna and connectivity product lines, aligning strategy with corporate growth goals
• Optimize supply chain, manufacturing, and logistics to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery to global automotive, enterprise, and industrial customers
• Implement scalable processes, KPIs, and continuous improvement programs across operations, driving efficiency and cost reduction
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Finance to support new product introductions and demand planning
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing global operations team and leadership bench
• Manage vendor relationships, contract manufacturers, and sourcing strategies for components and materials
• Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and safety standards across all operational activities
• Oversee operations budgeting, forecasting, and capacity planning to support rapid growth and product innovation
• Drive digitalization of operations through systems, tools, and data analytics for visibility and decision-making
• Report operational performance to executive leadership and recommend strategic initiatives to improve resilience and scalability
