Event Guest Services Representative - Stadium & Event Venues

Join BEST Crowd Management as a Guest Services team member supporting major sports, entertainment, and convention events. In this part-time, on-site role, you'll greet and assist guests, scan tickets, direct foot traffic, and support safe crowd flow at stadiums, arenas, and event venues. You'll answer questions, resolve basic issues, and follow clear safety and security procedures. Working with a professional, team-oriented staff, you'll gain hands-on experience in events, security, and hospitality, with training, support, and opportunities to grow within the GardaWorld family.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional assistance throughout events.
• Scan tickets, verify credentials, and monitor entrances and exits.
• Direct guests to seating, amenities, and event information.
• Support crowd flow, line management, and basic access control.
• Observe and report safety or security concerns to supervisors.
• Follow BEST Crowd Management and venue policies and procedures.
• Assist in basic emergency response and evacuation guidance as directed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready environment.
• Communicate via radio and in-person with team members and supervisors.
