Apartment Leasing Specialist - Residential Real Estate

Levco Management LLC seeks a Leasing Specialist to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction across our multifamily communities. In this role, you will manage the full leasing cycle, from lead follow-up and property tours to applications, approvals, and move-ins, while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing standards. You will support marketing efforts, maintain accurate records in property management software, and collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to deliver an exceptional resident experience. This position offers exposure to acquisitions and operations within a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture focused on integrity and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full leasing cycle from initial inquiry and tours to application, screening, and move-in
• Respond promptly to leads, schedule and conduct property tours, and highlight community features
• Maintain accurate records in property management and CRM systems
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies in all interactions and documents
• Support marketing efforts, including online listings, outreach, and resident referral programs
• Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams to ensure units are ready and issues are addressed
• Assist with renewal efforts, resident retention, and community events
• Provide exceptional customer service to prospects and residents, resolving concerns professionally
