Paralegal: Estate Planning & Probate

Our client is seeking a motivated professional who enjoys estate planning and probate work, wants to continue developing their role, and is comfortable taking on meaningful responsibility with support from an experienced team. Advanced Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of estate planning, with familiarity with Oregon estate-related tax concepts. Experience with more complex planning matters is helpful, and a willingness to continue learning is valued. Estate Planning Experience: Experience drafting estate planning documents is important. Experience with sophisticated planning, including federally taxable estates, is a plus. Probate Experience: Experience managing probate matters, coordinating the process, and drafting pleadings is preferred. Candidates who have handled key parts of the probate process and are ready to grow into broader responsibility are encouraged to apply. Creative Thinking: The ability to think creatively and tackle cutting-edge projects that are often outside the norm. Professionalism: Strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and respectful client communication are important. We value someone who can build positive relationships with clients, attorneys, and team members. Technical: Familiarity with Interactive Legal or similar estate planning document systems is helpful but not required.
