Lead Retail Sales Associate

Lead store operations in the Store Manager's or Assistant Store Manager's absence while helping maintain a clean, organized store. Assist customers, operate the register, stock and display merchandise, follow planograms, clean store areas, and support opening and closing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with locating and purchasing merchandise.
• Operate the cash register and scanner, process payments, make change, and bag purchases.
• Receive, unpack, stock, rotate, and display merchandise.
• Clean the sales floor, restroom, stockroom, and other store areas; remove trash.
• Assist with implementing and maintaining planograms and setting up sidewalk displays.
• Open or close the store as directed and perform management duties when managers are absent.
