Hotel Housekeeping Attendant - Turndown

As a Turndown Attendant at Marriott, you'll help create memorable stays for our guests through thoughtful, evening room preparation. Working within the Housekeeping team, you will perform nightly turndown service, refresh linens and towels, replenish amenities, and ensure rooms meet Marriott's cleanliness and presentation standards. You'll respond to guest requests with warmth and professionalism, follow strict safety and hygiene procedures, and report maintenance or housekeeping issues promptly. Responsibilities

• Prepare guest rooms for evening by performing turndown service, refreshing linens, towels, and amenities
• Ensure rooms are clean, tidy, and presented to Marriott brand standards
• Replenish guest supplies, water, and amenities; remove trash and used items
• Report maintenance needs, lost and found items, and safety concerns promptly
• Follow health, safety, and cleanliness protocols, including proper chemical use
• Respond courteously to guest requests and coordinate with housekeeping and front desk teams
• Maintain housekeeping carts, storage areas, and equipment in clean, organized condition
• Adhere to Marriott policies and contribute to a professional, respectful work environment
