IT Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements to design IT solutions that support staffing and talent operations
• Configure, test, and maintain core applications, integrations, and data workflows
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and coordinate resolution with vendors and internal teams
• Develop reports and dashboards to provide insights on recruiting, placement, and client activity
• Document systems, processes, and best practices to support scalable operations
• Partner with stakeholders to prioritize enhancements and manage small IT projects
• Ensure data quality, access controls, and adherence to security and compliance standards
• Train end users and provide ongoing application and technical support
