What You'll Do

• Build relationships with landlords, tenants, buyers, and investors
• Prospect and develop new business opportunities
• Source and qualify commercial leasing and sales opportunities
• Conduct property tours and client meetings throughout NYC
• Research properties, ownership, market activity, and comparable transactions
• Prepare proposals, LOIs, and deal materials
• Negotiate lease and sale terms
• Manage your pipeline from initial outreach through closing
• Attend networking events and industry meetings
• Develop expertise in your target market, neighborhood, or asset class

Who We're Looking For

You must have an active New York State Real Estate Salesperson, Associate Broker, or Broker License.

Commercial real estate experience is preferred, but we're also open to driven licensed professionals looking to transition into commercial brokerage.

We're looking for people who are self-motivated, coachable, persistent, relationship-driven, and ready to put in the work.
