Outreach Manager

Columbia Mental Health in Washington, DC seeks an Outreach Manager to expand access to our psychiatric and therapeutic services. You will build and manage partnerships with hospitals, clinics, community organizations, and schools; coordinate outreach events and educational workshops; and develop referral pathways that connect individuals to care. In this inclusive, collaborative setting, you'll work closely with clinical and administrative teams, track outreach metrics, support digital campaigns, and help shape innovative strategies that improve mental health outcomes across the community.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute outreach strategies to increase awareness of Columbia Mental Health services in Washington, DC.
• Build, manage, and nurture partnerships with hospitals, clinics, community organizations, and schools.
• Coordinate and represent the organization at community events, workshops, and health fairs.
• Create and maintain referral pathways to ensure timely access to psychiatric and therapeutic care.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to align outreach with patient care goals.
• Track, analyze, and report outreach metrics to evaluate program impact and guide improvements.
• Support digital and social media outreach campaigns to reach target populations.
• Develop outreach materials and presentations tailored to diverse audiences.
• Provide feedback from community partners to inform service improvements and new programs.
• Assist with grant or proposal efforts related to community engagement and access to care.
